This is a new extension project we’re undertaking in Padstow. The client has specified a new extension to the back of the property to add more living space to the property as well as including a brand new contemporary bathroom with a stylish bath centre piece. Taken the surrounding are into consideration, this will include an external wooden clad to the back of the property, with a somewhat ‘beachy’ theme. Inside, a complete renovation of the exiting kitchen downstairs, a new staircase feature with a revamp of the exiting bedroom located upstairs.
