New Build project Fishers at Treyarnon
This project is now well underway at Treyarnon Bay, right next door to our previous project Pentreath/Fairways.
This property has been completely demolished and the ground cut away to maximise the property size in this popular coastal location.
Par Sands café nearing completion
We are in the last leg now of this commercial new build at the popular Par Sands park. Just the final details now and a last clean up before it is open to the guests of the park!

Fairways internal walls and external finish underway
This contract is now at the internal and external finish stage, meaning the overall construction and making the structure water tight is now done, plaster boarding is going up internally and the final render finish is being applied externally, alongside the feature stonework.

A quick visit to site today to see the team and work to date, today has seen a 6 strong team from Lidstones in Plymouth lay a solid concrete floor ready now for the final surface of karndean.

Par Sands external walls going up
Par Sands is now seeing external walls going up and the floor joists are going into place for the first floor areas.
The majority of this building is now surrounded by scaffolding, so unfortunately we can’t get any great pictures of the exterior, but hopefully we will get some soon!!

Par Sands Steel Work Complete
The last steel went into place on Monday this week, with the rest of the week being spent beginning block work, not long and the scaffolding will be going up! Well done Jonathan, for this great angled shot.

Catchfrench Design has very kindly provided us with this fantastic CGI of our new build project at Treyarnon Bay, known as Fairways.
