26 Church Lane – Internal Renovation
An out-dated fisherman’s cottage, with an unworkable layout spread over 3 floors. This project brought this mid terraced cottage into the 21st century.
This was an extensive renovation, that included the demolition of the previous extension, to be replaced with a more appropriate 2-floor extension that allowed the property the extra space needed to create a stairway to the 3rd floor, replacing the ladder that was it situ prior to this.
Finally the property was reinsulated, rewired and re-plumbed – Making this home, warm safe and up to date!
