Mowhay Barn – Extension, Renovation and Landscaping works.
This has turned out to be an extensive run of works for the new owner, to prepare the property for the pending letting season. A large side extension has been put in place, creating more bedrooms and larger spaces downstairs. the outside has been landscaped, creating two large patioed areas for entertaining and an outdoor shower for those returning from trips to the beach. Internally the complete property has been fully refurbished to an incredibly high standard, we are confident that this beautiful rural property will have no problems with letting this year!
